Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Basement Waterproofing across Newberg because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Background-checked Newberg technicians · 24/7 dispatch
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Newberg crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Newberg homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Newberg calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Newberg basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Newberg crews see.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Newberg customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Newberg property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Newberg tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Newberg basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Newberg homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.

A real technician asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your Newberg property before anyone drives out.
A Newberg technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Newberg horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Newberg basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Newberg claim.
Word of mouth is still how most Newberg customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
Every Newberg technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
